According to reports from the State Border Guard Service, Russia is actively concentrating its troops and equipment in two sections of the border - the Kursk region and Vovchansk and Liptsy in the Kharkiv region. This was stated by spokesperson for the State Border Guard Service Andrii Demchenko.
In particular, Russia continues to strengthen its forces in the Kursk region, where combat actions previously took place. Using the forces and means that the Russian Federation had already deployed in these areas, small assault groups are trying to cross the border with Ukraine. In addition, hostile forces are also present in Vovchansk and Liptsy, where they are engaged in combat on Ukrainian territory, - explained Demchenko.
