The Ukrainian Armed Forces have updated the losses of Russian occupiers as of the morning of March 16, 2025. This was reported by Glavkom, referring to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Current losses of Russia in the war
As of March 16, the Russian Federation has lost in the war against Ukraine:
- personnel - about 894240 (+1400) individuals,
- tanks - 10325 (+10) units,
- armored combat vehicles - 21478 (+20) units,
- artillery systems - 24561 (+78) units,
- MLRS - 1317 (+2) units,
- anti-aircraft systems - 1104 (+1) units,
- aircraft - 370 (+0) units,
- helicopters - 331 (+0) units,
- operational-tactical UAVs - 29413 (+180),
- cruise missiles - 3121 (+0),
- ships/boats - 28 (+0) units,
- submarines - 1 (+0) unit,
- automotive and fuel tanker vehicles - 40684 (+113) units,
- special equipment - 3777 (+0)
Activity of the occupiers' fleet on March 16
- no enemy ships in the Black Sea;
- no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov;
- 4 enemy ships in the Mediterranean Sea, of which 3 are carriers of 'Kalibr' cruise missiles, with a total salvo of up to 26 missiles.
During the day, through the Kerch Strait passed:
- to the Black Sea - 10 vessels, of which 2 continued towards the Bosporus;
- to the Sea of Azov - 3 vessels, of which 1 continued from the Bosporus.
The war in Ukraine has lasted for the 1117th day.
