As of May 28, the Russian Federation has recorded the following losses in the war with Ukraine:

• personnel – about 983,890 (+1,050) people;
• tanks – 10,864 (+4) units;
• armored combat vehicles – 22,644 (+2) units;
• artillery systems – 28,355 (+18) units;
• MLRS – 1,397 (+0) units;
• air defense systems – 1,171 (+0) units;
• aircraft – 372 (+0) units;
• helicopters – 336 units;
• operational-tactical UAVs – 37,918 (+65);
• cruise missiles – 3,265 (+0);
• ships/boats – 28 (+0) units;
• submarines – 1 (+0) unit;
• automotive and refueling vehicles – 49,959 (+52) units;
• special equipment – 3,902 (+0).

Activity of the occupiers' fleet as of May 28

• No enemy ships in the Black Sea;
• No enemy ships in the Azov Sea;
• In the Mediterranean Sea, there are three enemy ships, one of which is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to eight missiles.

During the day, in the interests of the Russian Federation, five vessels passed through the Kerch Strait:

• to the Black Sea – five vessels, of which three continued towards the Bosporus Strait;
• to the Azov Sea – five vessels, of which three were moving from the Bosporus Strait.
