Problems with package delivery
According to The Sun: Many of us will find ourselves in a sea of cardboard boxes in the coming weeks as we actively order gifts for Christmas online. Last year, 4.2 billion packages were sent in the UK. However, according to the industry regulator Ofcom, more than two-thirds of people experienced delivery problems in the last six months.
"It is important for deliveries to be reliable, especially during the holiday season."
Delivery issues are more relevant than ever, so consumers should pay attention to the convenience and speed of receiving their orders. Whether these difficulties will become an obstacle for holiday shopping remains to be seen, but it is advisable to be prepared for possible delays and take measures in advance.
