Xiaomi 17 officially: all details about the new flagships with Snapdragon 8 Gen 5.
According to Korrespondent.net: Xiaomi has officially unveiled the new generation of its flagship smartphones – the Xiaomi 17 series, which includes three models: 17, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max. The presentation took place in China, with international variants expected to be revealed later.

Technical Specifications
At the heart of the smartphone is the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, with up to 16GB of RAM and an improved cooling system. The battery has a capacity of 7000mAh and supports 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
The main camera consists of three 50MP modules, including a telephoto lens with 2.6x zoom, and the front camera also has 50MP.
Xiaomi 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max
The Xiaomi 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max differ by having an additional AMOLED display on the back (2.7 and 2.9 inches respectively), placed next to the camera block. The main displays in these models are 6.3 and 6.9 inches, with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of up to 3500 nits.
The cameras, developed in partnership with Leica, include two 50MP modules, as well as a 50MP telephoto sensor with five times zoom (f/3.0 on the 17 Pro and f/2.6 on the 17 Pro Max).
The Xiaomi 17 Pro battery has a capacity of 6300mAh, while the 17 Pro Max has 7500mAh. Both devices support 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
The maximum configuration offers up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage.
Prices
The cost of the base version (12/256GB) starts at approximately $672, while the Xiaomi 17 Pro and Xiaomi 17 Pro Max in the same configurations cost from $700 and $841 respectively.
It is worth noting that earlier it became known that Apple unveiled the iPhone 17.
