According to the State Judicial Administration, in 2024, the number of court cases increased by 0.3% compared to the previous year, reaching 3.1 million. The number of criminal cases saw the largest increase. There is also a certain decrease in economic and administrative cases.
In courts, the majority of civil cases were considered, among which cases related to the collection of utility debts prevail. Among administrative cases, the majority of issues addressed were pensions and social benefits. Regarding economic cases, the most attention was paid to the supply of goods, works, and services.
