At the very least, it will lead to the risk of diverting a large number of personnel of the Ukrainian Defense Forces there for security, meaning there will be fewer on the front line.'

The expert also added that in the event of a victory for pro-Russian forces in the elections in Moldova, this country could be drawn into the war. Recently, there were also mentions of the incident with the lifting of planes by Romania during the attack on Odesa, as well as attempts by Russia to use Transnistria to destabilize the situation in the region.
