According to inkorr.com: New details have emerged about the arrest of the suspect in the murder of Andriy Parubiy. As reported by 'Khvylia', the information was disclosed by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Igor Klymenko, on Telegram. According to him, law enforcement officials detained the alleged shooter in the Khmelnytskyi region shortly after midnight on September 1.
'Many details will not be disclosed now. I can only say that the crime was meticulously planned: the victim's movement schedule was studied, a route was mapped out, and an escape plan was devised,' Klymenko emphasized.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky also commented on the arrest, noting that 'there are initial testimonies from the suspect.' 'Further urgent investigative actions are being carried out to establish all the circumstances of this murder,' the head of state wrote.

It was previously reported that Andriy Parubiy, a deputy from the opposition party 'European Solidarity', was killed on August 30 in Lviv. He previously held positions as Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council and Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada. The politician was 54 years old.
