Igor Vladimirovich Klimenko - Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, former head of the National Police of Ukraine, Major General of Police, Doctor of Psychological Sciences.
Place of Birth. Education. Born on October 25, 1972, in Kyiv. In 1994, he graduated from the Kyiv Military University.
From 1994 to 1997, he served in the missile troops. He graduated from Odessa State University through distance learning and obtained a degree as a psychologist.
Career. Began his work in the Ministry of Internal Affairs in 1998 as a psychologist in the Practical Psychology Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kharkiv region.
From 1999 to 2001, he was the chief psychologist of the Personnel Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.
From December 2001 to March 2002, he was a specialist at the Special Peace Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
From March 2002 to June 2002, he was a patrol member of the operational team of the special peace unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kosovo, at the Special Peace Center of the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
