Zelensky announced important decisions regarding the training of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the procurement of drones.

The President of Ukraine discussed the quality of military training at a meeting of the Headquarters

Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, held a meeting of the Headquarters where the quality of military training and issues at the front were discussed. He communicated this information in his evening address.

'The quality of training for our soldiers is largely the effectiveness of our soldiers in battles and, of course, it is the preservation of the lives of our guys,' emphasized the head of state.

According to the President, personnel changes have been made to update the military training system. Oleg Apostol and Mykhailo Drapaty will be responsible for this issue. The President ordered to prepare a detailed report for the next meeting of the Headquarters.

The Commander-in-Chief Syrskiy spoke about the situation at the front, the defense of positions, and all key areas. The direct financing of brigades for the procurement of drones was discussed separately. Zelensky ordered the Prime Minister to 'significantly increase' such funding in the coming days.

'We are grateful to Germany for its true leadership in Europe in terms of support and, in particular, for its assistance in the development of our air defense. Thousands of lives have already been saved thanks to air defense systems and other weapons provided by Germany,' noted the President during a meeting with the leader of the German opposition, Friedrich Merz.

A meeting was also held with the new Prime Minister of Estonia, Kristjan Michal. The preparation of a Ukrainian brigade involving European partners and the upcoming JEF summit in Tallinn were discussed.
