According to ТСН: According to information, the security guarantee agreement with the United States of America is already at the final stage and will be signed at the highest level.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed this during his evening address. He noted that the Ukrainian delegation, led by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov, is returning to Ukraine after meetings with American and European partners.

“I expect reports with all the details, including those that cannot be discussed over the phone,” he added.

The president also emphasized that an important achievement of the negotiations was the discussion of documents on the restoration of Ukraine and its economic development in a trilateral format.

Volodymyr Zelensky highlighted that the Ukrainian negotiating team worked very seriously with American and European partners on the “main political document”:

“And from our side, there is full constructiveness. The American team needs to receive a response from Russia. What are they ready for and whether they can really end the war,” the president stressed.

Zelensky also noted that only pressure on the aggressor country can force it to make a decision to end the war.

Recall that earlier the president announced a new round of negotiations with representatives of the United States during which the most complex issues related to ending the war will be discussed.

This agreement is an important step towards ensuring Ukraine's security, especially in the context of ongoing aggression. It is expected that the signing of the agreement will open new opportunities for international support and contribute to the country's economic recovery. The next negotiations with the USA may become another stage in the pursuit of a peaceful resolution of the conflict.
