According to ТСН: President Volodymyr Zelensky continues to implement personnel changes and plans to appoint new heads of regional administrations in five regions.

The following are included:

  • Vinnytsia region,

  • Dnipropetrovsk region,

  • Poltava region,

  • Ternopil region,

  • Chernivtsi region.

“The circle of candidates is defined. Decisions will be made tomorrow, and I expect that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will approve the appointments in the near future,” said the president.

According to Zelensky, the new heads of the regions will start their work next week.

Currently, the duties of the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional administration are being performed by Vladyslav Haivanenko, who replaced Serhii Lysak in this position.

The actual head of the Vinnytsia regional state administration is Natalia Zabolotna, who is the first deputy to Serhii Borzov, who was dismissed.

The acting head of the Poltava RDA is Volodymyr Kogut.

The head of the Ternopil ODA since August 24, 2024, is Vyacheslav Nehoda.

The head of the Chernivtsi regional state administration since July 11, 2022, is Ruslan Zaparyunyuk.

We remind you that President Volodymyr Zelensky suggested Mykhailo Fedorov to become the new Minister of Defense of Ukraine.

For the head of the Ministry of Defense, Denys Shmyhal, the president proposed the position of Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Energy.

Earlier, Zelensky appointed a new head of the Office in place of the dismissed Andrii Yermak - now former head of GUR Kyrylo Budanov.

Thus, personnel changes in the government are part of the president's strategy to renew the management team aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the administrations in the Ukrainian regions. All newly appointed individuals will have important tasks ahead of them, as local leadership directly affects the improvement of living conditions for citizens and the development of regions during a difficult time for the country.
