Zelensky discussed Ukraine's support with NATO Secretary General
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky had a phone conversation with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte during which he discussed important issues of support for Ukraine.
Zelensky reported this on his official account on the social network X (formerly known as Twitter).
During the conversation, Zelensky expressed gratitude for holding the Ukraine-NATO Council meeting at the level of foreign ministers in Brussels. The President emphasized the importance of inviting Ukraine to the Alliance and the necessity of timely delivery of ammunition, weapons, and equipment for Ukrainian combat brigades.

Particular attention was paid to strengthening Ukraine's air defense in the face of Russian attack threats during the winter period. The interlocutors also discussed coordination of positions to achieve a just and stable peace.
Zelensky emphasized that support for Ukraine is crucial for the security of all Europe, as 'the security of one is the foundation for the security of all.'
The strategic importance of supporting Ukraine for Europe's security was previously emphasized by the Ukrainian authorities, and Kyiv rejected any security guarantees that do not foresee full NATO membership. At the same Time, Ukraine does not demand immediate accession to the Alliance, considering the positions of individual member states.
