President Zelenskyy's Announcement
According to TSN.ua: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has mandated a 100% military service exemption for all personnel at energy companies and municipal utilities involved in repairing damage from attacks on infrastructure. Current Conditions in Kyiv

These harsh conditions demand immediate action to restore power and ensure the well-being of residents. The Ministry of Internal Affairs is also deploying support and heating points for those in need.
"A decision has already been made to exempt 100% of personnel for such companies," stated Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
He also disputed the city administration's assessment that the forces currently engaged are sufficient to resolve the crisis.
"Additional resources and measures are needed to stabilize the situation as quickly as possible," the president emphasized. These statements underscore the severity of the situation and the government's efforts to address it.
Against the backdrop of relentless attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, the order to shield repair crews from military draft is a crucial step to sustain city operations and meet the population's basic needs. Given the enormous scale of the problems requiring urgent solutions, government efforts are focused on mobilizing maximum resources to restore energy systems and improve living conditions for citizens.
