Creation of the Joint Rapid Response Forces
According to UATV: A new military command structure, the Joint Rapid Response Forces, is being established within the Armed Forces of Ukraine. President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree to form this unit, designed to react swiftly to modern warfare challenges.
Brigadier General Dmytro Voloshyn has been appointed as the commander of these new forces. The structure will integrate assault units, artillery, and drone systems, aiming to streamline combat operations and improve battlefield effectiveness.
