According to inkorr.com: The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has approved a law that allows for the reservation of defense industry workers who are wanted. This applies to individuals who have difficulties with military registration during martial law.
Reform of the National Security and Defense Council
In addition, Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on the new structure of the NSDC apparatus.
“This decision is not just about organizational changes, but about effectiveness in wartime,”- noted NSDC Secretary Rustem Umerov.

The State Bureau of Investigation is handling the case of the death and injury of Ukrainian servicemen during the shelling in Dnipropetrovsk region. In some cases, officials have already been suspended from their duties.
