President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced that his "victory plan" envisions quick decisions that need to be implemented from October to December of this year. He emphasized that it is necessary to act quickly, without delaying these processes.

Zelensky reported this during a meeting with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen in Kyiv, "Khvylya" reports.

"The whole plan is designed for quick decisions by our partners. The plan is designed for decisions that need to take place from October to December, and we do not want to delay these processes. We hope that the plan will work," said Zelensky.

Zelensky noted that the implementation of the plan depends on allies, and the United States will play a key role as some points depend on Washington's support.

"Regarding the victory plan, I want to be consistent and communicate with the U.S. President first of all on all details. Most of the decisions in the plan will depend on him," said the president.

Zelensky also hopes that Biden will support the Ukrainian "victory plan".

"The whole plan is designed for quick decisions by our partners. The plan is designed for decisions that need to take place from October to December, and we do not want to delay these processes. We would very much like the plan to work," he added.

Recall that Zelensky will travel to the United States at the end of September. The events he will speak at include a UN Security Council meeting and a meeting with Biden, where he will present the "victory plan".
