He stated that this strategy will not alter the ultimate fate awaiting Vladimir Putin's regime. Zelenskyy detailed how Russia employs diverse cultural forms—including sports, music, cinema, and art festivals—to influence its own society and shape international perceptions.

Zelenskyy emphasized that Russia is actively using children's animation to indoctrinate its youth.

“On various cultural platforms—even during children's animation festivals—Russians fill their films with propaganda to indoctrinate their society from the earliest age,” the president noted.

Furthermore, Zelenskyy highlighted Russia's production of fake news and propaganda materials against Ukraine. The Kremlin has falsely accused Ukraine of developing nuclear weapons and runs disinformation campaigns on social media, utilizing artificial intelligence technologies.

“We know how it ended for Hitler. We understand how it will end for Putin,” the president concluded.
