Zelensky Reveals New Details of Ukraine's "Victory Plan".
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky revealed new details of Ukraine's victory plan.
As "Khvilya" reports, he stated this in an interview with NBC News.
According to Zelensky, Ukraine's victory plan is meant to show whether the allies are prepared for Kyiv to win. Or if they only wish to contain the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
I wanted to show this victory plan to President Biden. But I wanted to show it after we achieve success in the Kursk region. And that's why I hadn't done it before. And that’s why I will definitely show it to him. Our understanding of how everything should be, how Ukraine can win," said the president.
At the same Time, the leader of Ukraine explained an important detail regarding the development of the plan. He particularly emphasized that the plan was created taking into account the real support that Ukraine's allies can provide. The desire or position of Russia was not considered when drafting the plan. He noted that this "feature" was important to him so that no one would later ask, "whether the Kremlin would go for it".
This plan does not depend on them (the Russians, - ed.). And in this lies the choice of our partners. Either they agree that Ukraine should win, or they are not ready for our victory and are only ready for containing Putin. And I want to find this answer for our people as well. It’s very important for these people," Zelensky explained.
In addition, he expressed the opinion that the victory plan is subjective and does not depend solely on Ukraine. Therefore, he cannot be sure that Kyiv will be able to implement it.
"But it seemed to me that this plan is correct. And its first part was exactly a counter-operation, part of which you saw in the Kursk region," the president added.
Let us recall, Zelensky commented on the major personnel changes in Ukraine's government.
