Zelensky Unveils His Victory Plan to Ukrainians.

President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the Verkhovna Rada, where he presented a five-point plan for Ukraine's victory. It is noted that the plan includes three secret annexes. The first point concerns geopolitics, the second and third are military issues. The fourth point relates to the economy, and the fifth point ensures security.

"We must change the circumstances so that the war ends regardless of what Putin wants," Zelensky said.

The first point of the plan is Ukraine's invitation to NATO. This is meant to express resolve and show how partners perceive Ukraine in the security system. The second point involves strengthening defense, including measures to prevent buffer zones on Ukrainian territory, joint operations to defeat Russian aviation, and intelligence from common partners. The third point relates to the deployment of a comprehensive non-nuclear deterrent package to protect against Russian aggression. The fourth point envisages the development of Ukraine's economic potential and the strengthening of sanctions against the Russian Federation.

The second, third, and fourth points of the plan have secret annexes that have already been presented to partners. The fifth point concerns post-war security guarantees. Ukrainian military forces will be able to use their experience to support NATO and Europe's defense after the war ends. Currently, Ukrainian military forces can replace the U.S. contingent.

On October 10, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with President of France Emmanuel Macron. Zelensky presented Macron with Ukraine's victory plan.

In London, Zelensky also met with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Keir Starmer, and in Rome with the Prime Minister of Italy Giorgia Meloni, to whom he also presented the victory plan.

In Berlin, Zelensky presented the victory plan to German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
