The Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air has released a new update for its mobile app that will make life easier for passengers during delays or cancellations of flights.
According to Mirror UK, passengers can now contact Wizz Air representatives through the app. In the 'My Journey' section, they can obtain more information about their flight, check-in and boarding times, gate numbers, and find out about meal vouchers or hotel accommodations in case of flight delays or cancellations.
Passengers in difficult situations can choose alternative solutions such as rebooking their flight or getting a refund. The 'My Journey' app has already been downloaded 35 million times and has been available since July 9.
During delays or cancellations, passengers now have the option to quickly contact Wizz Air through their mobile app and receive all necessary information and assistance. The new update allows passengers to get help more quickly and conveniently in resolving any issues related to air travel.Read also
