The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky shared his impressions of Donald Trump and his team.

Zelensky stated that he wishes to work directly with Trump, as he hears different opinions from his team.

'I want to work with him directly, as different opinions are heard from his team. Therefore, we cannot allow anyone to destroy our communication,' - Zelensky noted.

According to Zelensky, such an approach is not helpful and will not assist in solving problems.

Zelensky also stated that he wants to find a 'new model' of communication with Trump and is ready to share his ideas and listen to him.

The President also mentioned that they had already met with Trump in New York when he was a presidential candidate. The meeting, according to Zelensky, was very positive and constructive.

'It was a very good meeting, and it was an important first step - now we need to prepare several meetings,' - Zelensky added.
