According to TSN.ua: During a meeting in London on December 8, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that three documents intended to help end the war with Russia are almost ready. The summit included German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and French President Emmanuel Macron.

Zelenskyy noted there has been minor progress toward a potential conclusion to the conflict, highlighting the significance of the prepared documents.

"These are important documents. They are of high quality. Regarding sanctions policy, of course we want more," he said.
The President also stressed the critical nature of the situation, stating:
"We need to survive. We are fighting for our independence, for our freedom, for our very existence."
