"He may see himself as a tsar, but in reality he is a slave to war,"

In January, Russian losses amounted to nearly 30,000 personnel. Zelenskyy further stressed that Russia is paying a price of approximately 156 soldiers for every kilometer of occupied territory in the Donetsk region, while mobilizing around 40,000 new individuals each month to replenish its ranks.
