Zelensky called Russia one of the greatest threats to believers in Easter address.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reminded of the threat posed by the Russian army to Christian churches and believers. In his Easter address, he stated that many Ukrainians gather at destroyed or damaged churches, but do not break down. During the war, 67 Ukrainian priests and monks lost their lives, and 640 religious objects have been destroyed. However, Ukraine does not give up and is restoring them. The president expressed gratitude to all who assist in this process.
It is also worth noting that although the Russian side stops combat operations for a certain period, they actually continue in many directions. As part of the meeting, the president was familiarized with the report of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the situation at the front.
