Zelensky did not reveal Kulебa's future: what role the ex-minister may receive.
According to ТСН: The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, refused to comment on the possible appointment of former Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba to a new role.
Journalists asked the president about Kuleba's participation in state structures after their recent meeting.
«I won’t say,» — the president replied briefly.
Recall that on January 5, Zelensky met with Kuleba to discuss the political and informational situation in Ukraine. The president emphasized the importance of a strong representation of the Ukrainian position in the world, noting that Kuleba remains 'in Ukraine's team.' After the meeting, the parties agreed on specific areas for further cooperation.
Possible new positions for Kuleba
It is known that President Zelensky is considering appointing Kuleba as head of the Foreign Intelligence Service or in the role of a special representative of the president. The head of state wishes to find a systematic role for the former minister that will effectively utilize his diplomatic experience during wartime. However, the final decision will rest with Kuleba.
Currently, the question of Kuleba's new position concerns not only his personal ambitions but also Ukraine's strategy in international politics during the military conflict. Involving experienced diplomats could be key in strengthening the country's positions on the world stage.
