The real estate market in Ukraine: apartment prices increased by 10% over the year.
In the second quarter of 2024, prices for residential real estate in Ukraine increased on average by 10.0% compared to the same period last year. The most significant price increases were observed for apartments on the primary market. This is evidenced by data from the State Statistics Service.
Thus, prices for apartments on the primary market increased by 12.6% over the year, while on the secondary market - by 8.7%. One-bedroom apartments on the primary market rose by 12.8%, while on the secondary market - by 9.0%. Two-bedroom apartments on the primary market rose in price by 12.8%, while on the secondary market - by 8.8%. Three-bedroom apartments on the primary market rose by 12.5%, while on the secondary market - by 8.7%.
In the second quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter, apartment prices increased only by 0.5%, while on the secondary market - they decreased. It was previously reported that the demand for land and real estate in Ukraine has risen. In 2024, Ukrainians are increasingly selling or transferring land to other ownership.
