Yellowing Potato Tops: Main Reasons and Ways to Save the Harvest.
Potatoes are one of the favorite vegetables in our gardens, but sometimes they can give us hints about their condition through yellowing tops. At the end of the growing season, this can be quite normal as the plant redirects nutrients to the tubers. However, if the yellowing appears suddenly and from the bottom up, it may indicate a problem.
There are several possible reasons why potatoes might turn yellow: reaction to weather, nutrient deficiencies, diseases or pests, improper care. Each of these cases requires its own approach and solution.
