The Armed Forces of Ukraine implement the Impulse system: how the accounting of servicemen will change.
According to inkorr.com: A new digital platform 'Impulse' is being introduced in Ukraine for the Armed Forces. The Ministry of Defense reports that this system is designed for the accounting and management of servicemen, and it is planned to be used in all military units. The first to apply 'Impulse' were the Airborne Assault Forces, and soon the system will also be available in the Ground Forces.
Comments from the authorities
The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, emphasized: 'We are scaling the 'Impulse' system in the military and creating a basis for eliminating excessive bureaucratic burden on servicemen.'
The Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Oksana Ferchuk, noted: ''Impulse' records clear current data on each serviceman and changes in service, based on which orders, certificates and statistical data are formed — transparent and coordinated among themselves.'
Security and system development
This system meets international cybersecurity standards used by NATO countries. All data is stored and transmitted in a secure environment, access to which is granted only to authorized individuals with the necessary permissions.
The system is being developed by military IT specialists from the Center for Scaling Technological Solutions, and its implementation is carried out with the participation of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the future, integration of 'Impulse' with other digital solutions is planned to create a unified electronic space for managing servicemen.
The implementation of the digital system 'Impulse' is an important step in modernizing the Armed Forces of Ukraine, aimed at improving the management of servicemen and reducing bureaucratic burdens.
