Bridge over the Seym River destroyed in the Glushkovo area
Today, Russian publications reported the destruction of a bridge over the Seym River in the area of the settlement of Glushkovo, Kursk region. A video of the moment of the bridge explosion appeared on the Internet.
It is noted that the bridge was blown up with the help of air bombs.
«Air Force Aviation is actively participating in combat operations on the Kursk direction», – said the commander of the Air Force of the UAF, Lieutenant General Mykola Oleschuk.
According to him, Ukrainian pilots strike with precision blows at enemy strongholds, accumulation of equipment, as well as – logistical centers and enemy supply routes.
«Thank you to the pilots and everyone who ensures the combat work of aviation», – he wrote.

As reported, the bridge is the most important logistics artery in this area. The Russians claimed that the UAF allegedly fired «several American Himars missiles» at the bridge. It is noted that after the last strike, which supposedly occurred around 17:00 Kyiv Time, one of the bridge spans collapsed. Currently, part of the Glushkovo district is cut off – these are the villages of Tyotkino, Popovo-Lezhachi, Volfino, and about 27 other settlements.
Commander Syrsky said that during today, in the Kursk region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine advanced another distance from 1 to 3 km.
