Ukrainian paratroopers liberated two settlements in Donetsk region – Zolotyi Kolyz and Petrivka.
This was reported by the press service of the Airborne Assault Troops Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook on Monday, August 18.

Units of the 79th Separate Air Assault Brigade and the 82nd Separate Air Assault Brigade conducted successful assault actions, leading to the complete liberation of these villages from Russian occupiers.
During the battles, the enemy suffered significant losses in personnel, weapons, and military equipment, with some invaders captured and handed over to the exchange fund.
The Airborne Assault Troops promised to provide more information about these events later, emphasizing that their goal is Ukraine's victory.
It is worth noting that Ukrainian soldiers also control the villages of Hruzke and Vesele near Dobropillya in the Donetsk region, and in the Pokrovsk front direction, 58 enemy assaults were repelled, as reported by the General Staff.
