Zarichne in Donetsk Region Liberated: 13 Russian Soldiers Captured.
According to inkorr.com: The village of Zarichne in Donetsk has been successfully liberated by the fighters of the 425th Separate Assault Battalion 'Skelya'. During the operation, 13 Russian soldiers were captured.
This was reported by Stanislav, with the call sign 'Oral', chief of staff of the 425th Battalion, during a telemarathon 'Unified News'.
Successful Operation
According to 'Oral', the success of the operation was ensured by the tactical maneuvers of small groups and unexpected attacks. The Ukrainian assault troops entered Zarichne on motorcycles and ATVs while the Russian forces were preparing for further advancement.
'When the enemy realized we were in the settlement, more than half of Zarichne was already liberated. After that, our guys took over. As a result, we raised the flag over the school and the church,' explained 'Oral'.
Untrained Soldiers
Among the Russian infantrymen who were captured were completely untrained soldiers. The most experienced among them had only undergone training for two weeks, and one had only been trained for three days.
'There was one prisoner who had been trained for three days. Three days, and he ended up on the front line. There was also a prisoner from Ukraine who went there for work. He stayed there, then was sentenced to a colony, and from there he was sent here,' said the chief of staff.
Soldiers' Motivation
According to 'Oral', most Russian soldiers go to war for financial gain rather than ideological reasons. In confrontations with Ukrainian troops, they often flee, surrender, or abandon their weapons. The liberation of Zarichne demonstrated the high effectiveness of such tactics compared to the hasty actions of Russian troops.
Ukrainian forces continue active operations to liberate territories from the occupiers, employing tactics of small groups and surprise attacks. This allows them to achieve success even under difficult conditions, demonstrating high combat readiness and professionalism.
