To Halt Russia's Advance: Zhorin Reveals the One Condition That Could Shift the Frontline.
Why Stopping Russian Troops Is Critical
According to Novyny.live: Maksym Zhorin, deputy commander of the Third Army Corps, stressed that stopping the Russian advance and adapting the defense system are essential to changing the situation on the battlefield. In his view, blocking any further Russian movement is a top priority within a broader strategic defense framework. This comes as Ukrainian forces face ongoing pressure along key front-line sectors.
Zhorin noted that the Russian military is highly sensitive to battlefield outcomes. When enemy losses become a key metric, it is necessary to take action to halt Russia's active operations.
“Enemy casualties are a critical indicator, but if we are talking about strategic vision, it is also extremely important to stop any Russian advance,” Zhorin stated.
Adapting the Defense System
He also emphasized that a properly adapted defense system could significantly alter the situation at the front.
“A correctly adapted defense system will mean that the Russians simply cannot advance any further,” he stressed.
Zhorin pointed out that effective defense must include fortifications and an integrated approach to deploying forces, which would reduce the enemy's ability to push forward.
According to Maksym Zhorin, the key elements for a successful defense are timely adaptation of the defense system and strategic planning, both of which can substantially influence the course of combat operations.
Zhorin's remarks highlight the importance of adjusting defensive strategies amid constant changes on the front line. Successfully stopping the Russian advance could have a major impact on the overall conflict. Defense systems that can adapt to new challenges may reduce the enemy's effectiveness and improve the chances of stabilizing the front.
