According to UATV: Over the past 24 hours, 223 combat engagements were recorded along the front line, with Ukrainian forces successfully repelling numerous enemy attacks across multiple sectors. Ukrainian aviation continued its missions, striking three concentrations of enemy personnel, two artillery systems, and eight drone control centers.
Activity on Other Fronts
Intense fighting also occurred elsewhere. Four clashes took place on the Siversk-Sloboda and Kursk axes. A total of 78 shelling attacks targeted Ukrainian positions and populated areas. Five enemy assaults failed near Starytsia, Lyman, Vovchansk, and Okhrymivka. Three offensives were stopped on the Kupiansk front, while ten attempts to advance were repelled on the Lyman front.
On the Sloviansk axis, eight enemy pushes were halted, and one attack on the Kramatorsk front was neutralized. Seventeen assaults on the Kostiantynivka line and 46 storming actions near Pokrovsk also proved unsuccessful. Ten enemy attacks occurred on the Oleksandrivsk front, and 28 on the Huliaipole axis. Three attempts to breach defenses on the Orikhiv front and two clashes on the Dnipro front likewise failed to yield any gains for the aggressor.
Oleksandr Syrskyi noted that Russia continues to build up forces in southern Ukraine, with the Oleksandrivsk sector alone containing over 71,000 Russian troops. Meanwhile, no signs of offensive group formations were detected on the Volyn and Polissia fronts. The situation remains tense, but Ukrainian defense forces are effectively carrying out their missions amid active hostilities.
Recent developments on the battlefield highlight the ongoing intensity of combat, especially in southern Ukraine, where Russian forces are attempting to strengthen their positions. At the same time, Ukrainian defenders have shown their ability to effectively counter enemy attacks, repelling a significant number of assaults and maintaining control over key areas.
This situation underscores the prolonged nature of the conflict, which could have significant implications for the future course of military operations in the region.
