According to UATV: On July 21, a total of 217 combat engagements were recorded, with Russian forces concentrating their main assaults on the Slavyansk and Pokrovsk axes. Ukrainian troops successfully repelled approximately 60 attacks in these sectors, showcasing their resilience and defensive capabilities. Overall, offensive actions occurred across 14 different directions during this 24-hour period.
In the Slavyansk area, there were 30 assault operations and 29 attacks, all of which were effectively countered. Similarly, on the Pokrovsk front, Ukrainian defenders halted 29 enemy advances. Meanwhile, on the Southern Slobozhansk axis, 7 attacks were also repelled. In the Kupyansk sector, Ukrainian forces faced 3 assaults, while on the Lyman front they confronted 15. The Kramatorsk axis saw 6 attacks, the Konstantinovsk direction recorded 14, and the Gulyaypole sector also experienced 14 enemy attempts.
Additionally, one assault was stopped on both the Northern Slobozhansk and Kursk axes. The enemy carried out 2 airstrikes using 7 guided bombs, along with 50 artillery bombardments targeting Ukrainian defensive positions. On the Orekhov front, 2 attempts to advance were noted, while no signs of an offensive were observed on the Volyn and Polissia axes.
