6 million UAH for a young girl's company. 'Ukrsportzabezpechennia' to check tournament spending.

State institution "Ukrsportzabezpechennia" is creating a task force to verify the facts stated in a journalistic investigation. According to it, this year's Ukrainian Championship in Artistic Gymnastics became the most expensive sports competition on the territory of Ukraine among those funded by the state budget since the start of the full-scale war.

The total estimated cost of the two-day championship amounted to over 8.5 million UAH. The organization of state-level sports competitions is handled by the subordinate to the Ministry of Sports state institution "Ukrsportzabezpechennia".

It signed contracts totaling over 6.6 million UAH of state funds with LLC "Kyiv Media Production". At the same Time, no financial reports of the company are publicly available, and there is no corporate website or social media pages.

At the legal address of the company (Kyiv, Levandovska St., 3A) dozens of different companies are located, but the office of "Kyiv Media Production" could not be found there.

The owner of this company, 23-year-old Valeria Hutorka, lives abroad, and on the day the contracts were signed, she was in Belgium. According to her, although her surname is listed in the documents, in reality, they were signed by another person - "by proxy".

It seems that the company did not provide part of the services under the contracts. This was confirmed in conversation by 9 championship judges. It's about equipment for judges, the usage and support of which cost over 440 thousand UAH. The list included laptops, tablets, video projectors with screens, and a server.

"The financially and materially responsible person who checks and confirms the completeness and quality of services provided" in contracts with "Kyiv Media Production" is stated to be the leading coach of the national artistic gymnastics team Oksana Slyusarchuk. She said that the search for the company and the composing of the equipment list was handled by the championship organizer Stella Zakharova.

Zakharova called the journalist's question from Tribuna.com about relations with "Kyiv Media Production" a provocation.

In response to an official request, "Ukrsportzabezpechennia" sent a reply on 66 pages of contracts and acts. At the same time, the state institution could not answer any of the substantial questions - how "Kyiv Media Production" was found, whether they appealed to other companies, how the cost was determined, and who was the contact person during the provision of services.
