How to protect Ukraine's gas transportation system from Russian strikes. The MP proposed an exotic solution.
Ukrainian people's deputy Viktor Baloga suggests selling Ukraine's gas transportation system to the United States according to his post on Facebook. Baloga believes this is the only way to preserve the system and guarantee gas supplies. He also warns that the Ukrainian system may become a target for further attacks, and it is difficult to intercept all missiles or drones. He calls for not waiting for new strikes, but rather making a proposal to the Americans regarding the purchase of the gas transportation system. Baloga is confident that if the system becomes U.S. property, no Russian missile will dare to target it.
Recall that on the morning of January 15, emergency power outages occurred in various regions of Ukraine as a result of a massive missile strike by Russia on critical infrastructure. In Prykarpattia, objects that were attacked were recorded, but air defense forces acted. Russia also attacked the energy infrastructure of Lviv region.
