Military expert Oleg Zhdanov believes that despite certain difficulties with personnel and equipment, the Russian Federation is actively using all available resources of training centers.

Everyone who was hiding in the rear, in training centers, is now being gathered and taken to the front line,' says Oleg Zhdanov.
