A new training course in the Army+ application
In the Army+ application, a new training course 'Fiber Optic Drones: Basics of Use' has started. It is designed for Ukrainian military personnel to help them master the operation of FPV drones that are resistant to electronic warfare. The course lecturer is Vitaliy 'Soloma', an engineer from the drone battalion SIGNUM of the 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Volodymyr Monomakh. The training includes seven thematic lessons that cover all key aspects of using fiber optic drones—ranging from basic knowledge to practical skills.Advantages of Fiber Optic Drones
Fiber optic drones, which connect to the control panel via a physical cable, are completely immune to electronic warfare from the enemy. This makes them very effective in military operations. The 'Predator REBOFF' models of fiber optic drones are actively used by the Defense Forces and have various specifications for performing specific tasks. In conditions of active use of Russian signal jamming devices, these drones become extremely important in modern warfare. One of the objectives of this course is to enhance the military's qualifications in using cutting-edge technologies, significantly improving the effectiveness of combat missions. Mastering fiber optic drones can significantly influence battlefield tactics in the face of the modern challenges faced by Ukrainian Defense Forces.Read also
