Auchan, Metro and Varus showed what is happening with fish prices in February.

At the beginning of February, retail chains published fish prices. According to the data from the Minfin portal, it turned out that prices for some popular types of fish have changed. For example, in supermarkets Auchan and Megamarket, live carp costs an average of 160.50 UAH per kilogram, which is no different from the price in January. Herring has increased from 190.77 UAH to 207.67 UAH per kilogram. However, fresh frozen mackerel has remained at its previous price of 194 UAH per kilogram.

Now more and more families consume fish daily, as they understand its health benefits and consider it a good alternative to meat. Fish contains a lot of protein and omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial for the body.
