The truck apparently reversed and then accelerated towards an open market in the city of Puchon, located about 20 kilometers from Seoul.CCTV footage broadcast on Korean television showed shoppers busy with their activities at the market at the time of the tragic incident.“What happened is hard to describe in words. It's a true tragedy for our community,” witnesses said.
