Heating systems were damaged in approximately 6,000 buildings, with over 2,000 of those experiencing a complete loss of heat. "The Russian dictator ordered this strike during negotiations in Abu Dhabi,"stated Andrii Sybiha. This accusation underscores the alarming nature of the timing. City authorities are currently focused on restoring critical infrastructure and providing aid to those affected.
