According to UATV: On July 11, 2023, Russian forces maintained their heavy shelling across Ukraine, launching strikes on multiple cities and regions, including Zaporizhzhia, Kramatorsk, Odesa, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Chernihiv. These attacks have resulted in civilian deaths and injuries.

In Zaporizhzhia on July 10, a Russian strike damaged the city's children's services building. One aerial bomb explosion injured seven people, including a six-year-old boy. In Kramatorsk on the same day, seven aerial bombs were dropped, killing eight civilians, among them a child. July 11 was declared a day of mourning in Kramatorsk for those lost in the Russian air raid.
Also on July 11, Russian attacks on Kramatorsk and Sloviansk claimed one civilian life and left three wounded. In Zaporizhzhia, a drone attack injured a nine-year-old girl. In Kharkiv, an unmanned aerial vehicle strike damaged a warehouse and seven vehicles. In Sumy Oblast, two people were wounded, and in Chernihiv Oblast, one man was hurt by Russian strikes.
Local residents have voiced their anguish. Nataliia Syvoraksha stated:
“We were warned in advance about the danger of an air attack. We all received the signal that we needed to leave the building.”
Oleksandr Muzyka commented on the situation:
“My son was at work; they called to say the building was destroyed. These bastards target civilians.”
These events underscore the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, which continues to pose severe threats to the civilian population.
The situation remains tense as relentless shelling damages not only infrastructure but also takes civilian lives. The rising number of civilian casualties has sparked concern both domestically and internationally, highlighting the urgent need for a peaceful resolution to the conflict and stronger protections for human rights during wartime.
