Automatic Extension of Deferrals: Over 700 Thousand Ukrainians Have Already Received Notifications.
According to inkorr.com: The Ministry of Defense noted that Ukrainians have positively perceived the possibility of automatic extension of mobilization deferrals. This has simplified the process for many citizens and reduced the burden on territorial recruitment centers, military officials explained.
'Now a person does not need to go anywhere to confirm that they have three minor children or a disability status. Over 700 thousand people have already received notifications that their deferral has been automatically extended,' – said Mstislav Banik.
In order to receive the updated document, citizens need to have the 'Reserve+' application and update their military accounting document, after which the deferral will be automatically extended.
Action Algorithm for Obtaining a Deferral
Citizens who have not received the automatic extension of the deferral or cannot use the 'Reserve+' application can contact the CNAP to submit an application.
'You need to know under what grounds you are granted a deferral, review these grounds in other registers or contact the CNAP. Bring a paper copy of the entire list of documents required for submitting a deferral application,' – explained Oleg Berestovyi.
After submitting an application to the CNAP, within 7-14 days the documents will be sent to the Territorial Recruitment Center, where they will be checked for the right to a deferral. Information about the deferral will be reflected in the electronic military accounting document 'Oberih'.
Overall, Ukrainians positively assess the possibility of automatic extensions of mobilization deferrals, which has significantly simplified the procedure and reduced the burden on military institutions. Those who have not received the automatic extension can contact the CNAP to submit an application and receive the necessary documents.
