The Bureau of Economic Security Obtained Data on Ukrainians on OnlyFans.

Detectives from the Bureau of Economic Security have obtained permission to access the personal data of all Ukrainians registered on the OnlyFans platform. This is evidenced by the decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv dated September 20.

The court allowed the employees of the Bureau of Economic Security to obtain temporary access to information about all citizens of Ukraine and other individuals registered on OnlyFans. In particular, this concerns the surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, registration number of the taxpayer identification card, and other information about creators of paid content.

In July, detectives from the Bureau of Economic Security initiated a criminal proceeding for tax evasion and legalizing illegal income. A group of individuals created an agency that provided services for registration, advertising, and monitoring the activity of pages on social media, in particular on OnlyFans. According to the investigation, the organizers helped legalize funds from online communication using virtual assets.

According to the Bureau of Economic Security, from 2021 to 2023, the organizers converted $1.8 million (72 million UAH) using virtual assets. In total, the organizer evaded paying taxes amounting to over 14 million UAH.

Therefore, the detective of the main division of the Bureau of Economic Security applied to the court with a request to grant temporary access to the personal data of OnlyFans models received by the State Tax Service of Ukraine. The court granted this request and provided a group of 22 detectives from the Bureau access to the specified personal data.

After obtaining information about OnlyFans users, employees of the Bureau of Economic Security began conducting searches within the framework of this criminal case. This was reported by lawyer Lesia Mykhailenko from the company 'You Have the Right'. Searches were conducted on OnlyFans models who have already registered as individual entrepreneurs, submitted declarations, and paid taxes.

It is worth noting that 350 OnlyFans models declared an income of 305.4 million UAH and paid 59 million UAH in income tax and military tax. The content creator of the platform registered tax liabilities amounting to 13.2 million UAH.
