In Donetsk, Ukrainian defenders captured 23 Russian servicemen. This was reported by the 12th Special Purpose Brigade 'Azov' of the National Guard of Ukraine.
According to the brigade, the prisoners were captured during combat operations in the Toretsk direction. Some of them surrendered voluntarily, while others were found in basements or captured during assault operations.
The captives are in satisfactory condition and have adequate detention conditions,' - reported representatives of the 'Azov' brigade.The Russian servicemen will be handed over to the relevant services for exchange for Ukrainian defenders who are in captivity.
