Financial Aid for Vulnerable Groups in Lebedyn
According to Novyny.live: The UNHCR Ukraine is launching a financial assistance program for vulnerable citizens in the city of Lebedyn, located in the Sumy region. Starting March 23, 2026, the initiative will be open to internally displaced persons (IDPs) with official status, as well as refugees. This effort is designed to support those most in need amid a challenging socio-economic environment.
Program Requirements
Under the program's terms, the maximum monthly income per individual must not exceed 6,300 UAH. The total aid amount is 10,800 UAH, distributed as 3,600 UAH per family member over three months. To qualify, the average per-person income over the last three months must be no higher than 10,380 UAH.
- Assistance is available to various groups, including internally displaced persons and refugees.
- Priority will be given to single-parent families, individuals living alone, senior citizens, and people with disabilities.
To register for support, individuals can call 063 182 68 38. The support hotline operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with in-person intake hours from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The reception office is located at Soborna Square, 32.
