According to Novyny.live: Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, has emphasized that his background in managing large intelligence teams is critical for effectively coordinating government institutions during the war. He stated that without proper interagency cooperation, it is impossible to maintain a stable state apparatus under conflict conditions. This insight comes as Ukraine continues to adapt its governance structures to meet the demands of a full-scale invasion.

Budanov is actively working to improve collaboration between state bodies, a task he views as essential for successfully executing national objectives. Ukraine is also planning to standardize the process for integrating foreign volunteers into its Defense Forces, a move aimed at strengthening the country’s defensive capabilities.
