Kharkiv region - the front line of the war
War continues in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine. Russian occupiers have managed to establish a foothold near the village of Dvorichna, from which they can attack Kupiansk. Therefore, the construction of fortifications is a priority. Media reports that among the major contractors for the construction is former deputy mayor of Kharkiv Andriy Rudenko and his contracting company 'Teh-Inkom'. The activities of this company are being investigated by the Bureau of Economic Security and the National Police, but there are currently no results from the investigation.
Money Scam
23-year-old Olga Sarycheva has become a success story. She filed a lawsuit against a bank for the return of frozen funds. It turned out that this was related to a large scam involving the embezzlement of funds in the construction of fortifications. According to reports, this was investigated by the Bureau of Economic Security and the National Police, but Andriy Rudenko managed to evade responsibility.
New Money Embezzlement
Details of another scheme for siphoning off money have also become known. The company 'Teh-Inkom' paid millions to the company ATP 16329 for transportation services and purchased gravel at inflated prices. It is noted that ATP 16329 is connected to Andriy Rudenko's family. Furthermore, 'Teh-Inkom' spent over 400 million hryvnias on the construction of fortifications.
Protected by Authorities
Despite the initiated investigation, Rudenko managed to evade responsibility due to his connections in the authorities. He remained a city council member after being dismissed as deputy mayor of Kharkiv. Thus, he is protected by higher structures that may be linked to the Office of the Prosecutor General.
