The Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that units in the Kursk region are not under threat of encirclement. They are positioned on advantageous defensive lines and are maneuvering. The situation at the border between Sumy region and the Kursk region of the Russian Federation is under control.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that many settlements at the border have been destroyed by the aggressor. Despite the presence of Russian and North Korean forces, the enemy is suffering heavy losses. Individual sabotage-reconnaissance groups and small infantry groups are affecting Ukrainian territory, but our forces are eliminating them thanks to the defense system.
Russian troops began an offensive in the Kursk region
The main offensive of the Russian troops is taking place in the Kursk region, but the Armed Forces of Ukraine have gained the opportunity to counterattack in other areas of the front.
It has also been reported that Russian troops continue to advance into Sudzha with the support of North Korean forces.
